Thank you for joining us for lessons through one of our promotional offers! This page outlines the specific policies that apply to our Guitar Starter Kit and Violin Rental Credit programs. All general private lesson policies also apply and are linked at the bottom of this page.
🎸 Guitar Starter Kit Promotion
Students who commit to 6 consecutive months of guitar lessons are eligible to receive a free guitar starter kit, valued at $250 (acoustic) or $300 (electric). Your kit includes:
Acoustic: guitar, bag, picks, tuner
Electric: guitar, amp, cable, bag, picks, tuner
💳 Payment & Deposit:
Lessons may be paid monthly or upfront
A $45 registration fee (nonrefundable) is due at sign-up
A $50 deposit is required for the guitar kit
The deposit is waived if tuition is paid in full upfront
When you complete your 6-month commitment, the deposit will be credited toward your 6th month of tuition
If you cancel early, the deposit will not be credited or refunded
📆 Commitment Terms:
This promotion requires a commitment of 6 calendar months (26 weeks) from your start date
Tuition follows our yearly calendar and is billed as a flat monthly rate, regardless of holidays or closures
When you complete your commitment, the guitar kit is yours to keep!
❌ Early Cancellation:
If you withdraw before completing 6 months:
The $50 deposit is forfeited (if paying monthly)
You must either return the guitar kit in usable condition or pay the full value of the kit (price provided at registration)
If tuition was paid in full, no refunds will be issued
Our standard 30-day notice policy applies, and prorated tuition will be billed for the final month
“Usable condition” means the guitar is fully functional, not cracked or broken, and includes all original accessories. Surface scuffs or light cosmetic wear are acceptable.

These promotional offers are subject to all of our standard private lesson policies, including scheduling, rescheduling, billing, and attendance.
🎻 Violin Rental Credit Promotion
Students who commit to 6 consecutive months of violin lessons will receive a $25/month rental credit, covering the cost of a basic student rental from one of our preferred local music stores:
Kline Music – Sacramento
Tim’s Music – Carmichael
🎻 How to Get Your Violin:
Visit either store for walk-in sizing and rental setup. Most rentals include basic maintenance and insurance. We recommend starting this process before your first scheduled lesson.
💳 Payment & Registration:
A $45 registration fee (non-refundable) is due at sign-up
No deposit is required
Lessons may be paid monthly or upfront
Upfront tuition is non-refundable in the event of early withdrawal

The rental credit is applied monthly as long as you're enrolled and in good standing for the duration of the 6 months
❌ Early Cancellation:
If you withdraw before completing 6 months:
Rental credit will stop immediately
You will be required to reimburse any rental credit already applied (up to $25/month)
You are also responsible for any ongoing rental fees from Kline or Tim’s
If tuition was paid in full, no refunds will be issued
