Summer Camp Policies
Before registering, please review our camp policies
A non-refundable $75 deposit is due upon registration to secure a spot in the camp. The remainder of camp tuition will be charged in full 7 days before the start of camp.
For withdrawals or cancellations less than 7 days away from the start of camp, no refunds will be provided. This helps to prevent cancelling a camp due to last minute withdrawals.
Camps must meet a minimum enrollment of 6 participants to proceed. You will be notified by the Friday before the start of your camp if enrollment has not been met, and receive a full refund.
Students must meet the age and experience criteria, or have express permission of the owner and/or camp teacher.
Camps start promptly at 9am.
We cannot allow late pickups. Students who are picked up more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $25 fee to be paid that day, before the student may continue in the camp.
General Liability Waiver: By selecting "I Agree," the student/guardian agrees that neither Heart Beats Music School, its instructor(s), nor the proprietors of lesson and recital locations shall be liable for any and all injuries, loss, and other damages that may be suffered by reason of voluntary participation in class activities.
By utilizing Heart Beats Music School’s services or entering its premises, you acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and accept the possibility of contracting or spreading the virus. You agree that Heart Beats Music School and its owners, teachers, or representatives shall not be held liable for any COVID-19 related exposure, infection, or spread. In signing the registration form, you hereby waive your right to bring any claims against Heart Beats Music School for personal injuries, death, disease, or property losses resulting from COVID-19 exposure.
