Schedule Requests: 2024-2025
Instructions
Please fill out the form below to let us know your schedule requests. When you finish filling out the form, you will be directed to register for the upcoming school year. Schedule requests and registration form & fee are due on August 2nd in order to receive priority scheduling for the upcoming year. Registration fees will be automatically charged on Aug 2nd (rather than September 1st).* Students returning from a summer break will be processed after continuing students, as will late request forms and registrations.
Please find your teacher(s) below and note their teaching schedules. If their schedule does not work for you and you need to change teachers, please make a note below.
Please add more than a single lesson time in your availability! We will work hard to accomodate your requests as closely as possible, but we cannot guarantee lesson times. Providing multiple times or windows of availabiity helps us accomodate everyone's schedules better.
*Does not apply to students who registered after March 1st of this year.
